Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms are between Kodeo Labs Ab (business ID 3122668-6, registered in Jomala, Åland, Finland; “we”, “us”) and the person or organisation that uses Lisvo (“you”). They cover the Lisvo service at lisvo.io and app.lisvo.io (the “service”). You accept them expressly, in writing: by confirming, for example by email, that you accept these terms and the Data Processing Agreement, each in the version we name by its “Last updated” date. We set up your account after that. The Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms for the personal data we process for you. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, it comes first wherever it differs from these terms.
Early access and pilots
Lisvo is in early access, and early access is free. We set up your account and workspace with you. A pilot lasts 60 days by default, and we can extend it for you individually. A pilot never turns into a paid subscription by itself: nothing is charged unless you have actively approved a payment. The service changes as we build it, and we do not promise features that do not exist yet. Support is by email, on a best-effort basis, and there is no uptime guarantee or service level.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you give access to and for what is done under your account. Keep your sign-in secure, give us accurate details and tell us at once if you think someone else has got into your account. You must have the right to act for your organisation, and for the apps you connect. Lisvo is for professional use: you confirm that you use it for your business or profession and not as a consumer.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data: your apps, the reviews and feedback you connect or collect, your reply instructions and your settings. You give us the right to store and process them as needed to run the service for you: to read reviews, translate and analyse them, draft replies and, where you or Autopilot choose to, send replies. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it, and we keep what we learn about your apps and business confidential.
Personal data in your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Where we handle personal data for you, we act on your instructions, under the Data Processing Agreement, which applies from the day your workspace is created, including during a pilot.
Connected store accounts
You connect your Apple App Store and Google Play accounts yourself, through the stores’ official interfaces, and you can disconnect them at any time. We never ask for your store passwords. You must follow the stores’ own terms. When we use your store accounts we act only on your behalf, only for the service, and we protect what the stores give us at least as well as their terms require. Lisvo is not affiliated with Apple or Google.
AI features and Autopilot
Lisvo uses AI to analyse and translate reviews and to draft replies. AI can be wrong. Drafts are suggestions that you send yourself. Autopilot is off until you switch it on for an app. When it is on, it publishes replies under your developer account, in your name, without you reading them first. It answers only reviews posted after you switch it on, only when it is confident, and it leaves anything sensitive to you. You can switch it off at any time; replies already published stay published. You are responsible for the replies sent in your name, however they were written. We do not guarantee that a reply is correct or appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, to send content you have no right to send, to harass or mislead the people who review your apps, to try to reach data that is not yours, or to disrupt the service.
Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the service’s source code, non-public algorithms, prompts, or underlying technology, or assist others in doing so.
You may not systematically extract or reproduce proprietary components of the service, whether through automated means or otherwise, for the purpose of building a competing service. These restrictions do not limit your right to access or export your own data.
Our rights
Lisvo, its software and its design belong to us, and you may use the service as these terms allow; nothing else is transferred to you. If you give us feedback about Lisvo, we may use it to improve the service, without credit or payment.
Fees
Early access is free, and we take no payments today. Payment terms are not part of these terms yet: see planned changes below.
Suspension and ending
Suspension. We can suspend your access at once if you break these terms, or if we must for security or legal reasons.
When a pilot ends. A pilot ends after its 60 days, or after the extension we agree with you. Nothing happens to your account by itself at that moment. If we have not agreed an extension or a paid plan, we set your account to read-only, by hand. In a read-only account you can sign in and read what is already there, but you cannot change anything in it: nothing new is fetched from your store accounts, nothing is analysed and no reply is published.
Ending the agreement. You can stop using the service at any time, and either of us can end the agreement at any time by telling the other. We then close your account.
Closing the account. We close a read-only account 30 days after we set it to read-only, unless we have agreed an extension or a paid plan, or you ask us to close it sooner. On request, we first prepare a copy of your data for you. When an account is closed, we delete your data within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy describes, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as it is and as available. It is in early access: it can contain errors, it changes as we build it, and we do not promise that it will always be available. We give no warranty beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
Lisvo relies on services we do not control, among them Apple’s and Google’s store interfaces, our AI provider and our hosting. We are not responsible for what they do, or for when they are unavailable or change.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost goodwill. Our total liability to you for everything arising from these terms and the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event and EUR 100.
These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, and they do not affect the rights of the people whose personal data we process.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For a material change we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can end the agreement if you do not accept it. We may make a change sooner where it has to be made at once for legal or security reasons.
Governing law and disputes
Finnish law applies, without its rules on conflict of laws. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking, the District Court of Åland (Ålands tingsrätt) decides it.
Planned changes
This section is about a plan, not about what exists today.
Payments. We plan to take payments through Stripe Managed Payments, in which Stripe is the merchant of record and handles the payment, sales tax and VAT, and payment disputes for those purchases. The payment terms (prices, billing period, taxes, refunds, cancellation, and what happens if a payment fails or is not made) are left open on purpose, until the integration is built and verified. We will write them, and tell you, before any charge applies to you. Until then nothing in these terms asks you to pay.
